Nutrition Update: Food Allergies, Fad and Special Needs Diets

Nutrition trends that were once popular tend to fade while emerging diets and nutrition topics take the spotlight. We will explore a variety of diets that are accepted treatment for some diseases and  will evaluate various diets that are in the headlines of current magazines and social media. We will examine evidence-based research about diets that modify protein and carbohydrate along with  offering a tasting of new products and specialty foods.
